The mission of Rainbow Riders is to provide safe, professional, and affordable therapeutic horseback riding and un-mounted horsemanship opportunities that contribute positively to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being of children and adults with special needs, to promote a healthier community.
Vision
To be a resource and advocate for equine-assisted activities and therapies that inspire and enrich the human spirit; to provide sustainable programs that nurture a healthier community through therapeutic horseback riding and unmounted horsemanship lessons, volunteer training, and education.
Goals
- To provide therapeutic horseback riding and un-mounted programs for children and adults with special needs in a safe, welcoming, and fun environment
- To provide support for parents while providing therapeutic riding opportunities for their children
- To provide equine-assisted programs and training opportunities for professionals and volunteers
